Yes there is. I have a couple of friends from Romania that won it, came to U.S. and became citizens.

Yes, it is called the Diversity Visa Lottery (usually known as the Green Card Lottery).
50,000 green cards available to citizens of countries that usually have low levels of immigration to the United States.

Yes thats right.
BUT be aware that the USA will NOT pay for your plane tickets, will NOT Pay for housing and will not give you money to live on.
You must have ALL this money saved up before you come to USA.

I want to add that it’s completely free to register and you should stay clear of ALL sites that ask you to PAY to register for the DV Lottery.
