nope you cant use and credit card to buy lottery and that is still considered as a credit card to retailers

Actually you don’t need to have cash. Some people are kind of stupid and don’t realize that they are supposed to take only cash.

If you find the right gas station with some idiot working there buy some gas, some candy and some scratch cards, they probably won’t know the difference and just ring it all up together. I’ve bought plenty of lottery tickets and scratch cards this way.
